General terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to buyers or legal entities who enter a contract of sale outside the business premises and a contract of distance selling (online or web sales or online sales) and operate in the market outside their commercial, business, craft, or professional activity (hereinafter: the Buyer).

Q-CONCEPT d.o.o. for consulting, services, and trade, based in Kuzminečka street 16, Zagreb, Croatia, Europe, OIB: 95152243767, performs its registered activity of distance selling exclusively under these Terms.

The buyer is obliged to accept these terms of sale if he decides to buy before the purchase.

Purchase terms and conditions

Products that can be purchased are advertised at shop.qconcept.hr, and with each product there is information about the product specification, price, delivery price and other information.

The selection of the product is done by saving it in the "cart" by clicking on the link "add to cart". The selected product is reserved so that the selected product will be also delivered. Q-CONCEPT cannot affect any technical difficulties at a given time of the order, which may lead to a situation where the selected item cannot be purchased due to unavailable quantity and which Q-CONCEPT undertakes to notify the Buyer and offer an alternative product or refund. If the confirmation and payment is not made within 24 hours, for a general payment slip of 72 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Q-CONCEPT, apart from the obligation just stated, is not liable to the Buyer in the described case on any grounds.

The procedure for ordering products, purchasing and payment is listed in the article "How to shop" where is the entire procedure described in detail that the Buyer needs to follow to make a purchase. Following the above steps and after the customer has made a purchase he receives to the e-mail address, order confirmation, which is also an offer based on which he can make payment by offer. Since these are Customers who have the status of a legal entity, it is extremely important that in the registration process they specify all the necessary information. Based on the entered data and the confirmed order, and after the payment is made, the Buyer receives an invoice to his e-mail.

The product photo on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, especially for products whose name on the website states "various colours", "various sizes", "various shapes" etc. Q-CONCEPT at shop.qconcept.hr, where are products available for sale, reserves the right to errors of description, photos, prices, and number of items due to automatic entry of items into the system, as well as automatic order confirmations.

Price

Product prices are wholesale. Product prices and delivery prices are expressed in HRK or EUR (whichever is chosen in the dropdown menu at the top of tha page), which is printed and shown with the corresponding VAT.

Q-CONCEPT is authorized to change prices at shop.qconcept.hr without prior notice.

Also, at the shop.qconcept.hr, Q-CONCEPT is authorized to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for an individual product, group of products and / or for all products at any time without prior notice.

Regardless the previous point of these General Terms and Conditions, all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices that were valid at the time of execution or confirmation of the order.

Payment

The Buyer can pay by Internet banking based on the offer received on his e-mail or by offer using a general payment slip. Payment details are Q-CONCEPT d.o.o., Kuzminečka 16, 10110 Zagreb, OIB: 95152243767 Croatia, Europe. Business account in Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. Account number: IBAN: HR84 2340 0091 1109 1857 1. As the "Payment Model", the Buyer states "HR00". As "Call number", the Buyer states "order/offer number". In the description of the payment, the Buyer states the "order/offer number".

Payment is considered valid at the time of visibility and receipt of payment to the account of Q-CONCEPT.

Q-CONCEPT on its website shop.qconcept.hr uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol and other technologies and security procedures according to the highest standards.

Q-CONCEPT is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy, including the personal data of all Customers. It also undertakes to treat them in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.

Delivery

Delivery of ordered products is usually 5 to 10 working days from the moment of receipt of funds to the company's account, with holidays and weekends not included.

The range of delivery days depends on whether the order involves additional printing on the products. In the case when the order does not include additional printing, but only products without printing, the delivery time is usually 3-6 days from the moment when Q-Concept d.o.o. receive payment or credit card authorization is approved. When the order involves personalization; printing on the ordered products, the delivery time is usually between 6-10 days from the moment when Q-Concept d.o.o. receive confirmation, Customer's approval for printing visuals and payment or credit card authorization is approved.

The delivery price, which is valid for the whole Croatia and includes islands, is calculated based on total amount of the order without VAT.

Delivery is free of charge for orders above amount 3,700.00. HRK / 500.00 EUR, excluding VAT.

For the total amount, which is lower than the above amount, the delivery price is calculated according to a lump sum of 40 KN without VAT / 1 package.

Delivery method

Products from your order are delivered by GLS.

Delivery is made only on working days, and the Customer is notified via SMS and / or e-mail one day in advance that the ordered goods / package will be delivered the next day. Also, on the day of delivery, usually in the morning, the Buyer is notified of the expected date of delivery. This message contains the phone number of the courier and the customer service. In cases of unsuccessful delivery attempt, the Buyer receives an electronic notification and can create another delivery attempt via the Internet, and the options can be delivery in a new term, to another address, etc.

In case of additional information, Customers can contact the Customer Service +385 1 2042 672 and request information about the package according to the package number.

When handing over the purchased goods, the Buyer is obliged to immediately inspect the goods in the presence of the supplier who delivers the goods to him to determine:

  1. that the ordered product has just been delivered to him,
  2. that the product is in good condition in terms of quantity,
  3. that the product is without visible defects,
  4. that all accompanying documentation is attached to the product (depending on the type of product).

If Buyer determines that the goods are completely in order in all points (1-4), the Buyer will sign an invoice or delivery note as a sign of the determined correctness of the delivered goods, depending on the type of delivery.

Subsequent complaints of the Buyer due to visible defects on the product or a smaller delivered quantity can be reported within 24 hours after receipt and signed documentation, and after the specified deadline Q-CONCEPT will not accept the complaint.

By signing the delivery note or invoice, the Buyer confirms that the order has been properly delivered in the ordered (paid) quantity and without visible defects and that the Buyer has checked all indicated items of each item and quantity and that the invoice data are identical to the delivery. By signing the invoice, the Buyer also confirms that Q-CONCEPT has delivered all the prescribed documentation accompanying the product, depending on the type of product (product notice, declaration of performance, installation / assembly instructions, warranty card and any other prescribed documentation).

The customer is obliged to check for any damage when taking over the product. If the Buyer and the supplier determines that the delivered goods are not completely in order according to all the above points (1 to 4), the Buyer is obliged to refuse receipt of such shipment or part of the shipment with visible defects.

Return policy

The buyer has the right, without stating the reasons, terminate the sales contract within 14 days, counting from the day of taking over the product. The contract is terminated by a written notice of termination of the contract by filling in the Form for unilateral termination of the contract or by another unambiguous statement by which the Buyer expresses his will to terminate the contract. The buyer is obliged to submit the form or the previously mentioned statement in writing to Q-CONCEPT to the business address: Bohinjska 1, 10 000 Zagreb or by e-mail info@qconcept.hr.

If the Buyer submits an unambiguous statement through the above possibilities of communication, he is obliged to state his name and surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
If the Buyer sends the form electronically, Q-CONCEPT will notify the Buyer of the receipt as soon as possible.

In the case from the previous point, the Buyer is obliged to return the delivered product to Q-CONCEPT at his own expense, to the business address: Bohinjska 1, 10 000 Zagreb in the original undamaged packaging and provided that the product has not been used.

For the returned product, Q-CONCEPT undertakes to refund the paid funds, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the notification of Unilateral termination of the contract after receiving the returned goods, unless the Buyer has chosen another type of delivery.

Refunds are made in the same way as the Buyer made the payment.

The buyer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying Q-CONCEPT of the decision to terminate the contract. The buyer returns the goods at his own expense to the business address: Bohinjska 1, 10 000 Zagreb. When taking over the returned goods, the Q-CONCEPT employee will check them and determine whether they are in good condition - in the condition in which it was handed over to the Buyer:

  1. that the goods just delivered have been returned,
  2. that the product is in good condition in terms of quantity,
  3. that the product is without visible defects,
  4. that the product has the original and undamaged packaging.

If the inspection of the goods reveals that the goods are not completely in order on all points (a. to d.), Q-CONCEPT has the option to refuse acceptance of such goods and the Buyer is not authorized to demand refund for non-fulfilment of its obligation based on a statement of unilateral termination.

The Buyer is not entitled to unilaterally terminate the Agreement in the following cases prescribed by the consumer protection laws:

  1. If the subject of the contract are goods made according to consumer specification or the goods are clearly adapted to the consumer.
  2. If the subject of the contract are sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, if they were unsealed after delivery.
  3. The subject of the contract are goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery.

When returning the product, the buyer is obliged to return the product in the original packaging, complete with all associated parts and all documentation, and any mark intended to indicate that the product has not been used or damaged must not be removed or damaged. Pursuant to the consumer protection laws, the Buyer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Reclamations and complaints

Complaints and reclamations regarding product defects are submitted in writing:

  1. to the e-mail address info@qconcept.hr with attached photos of the product if there is a visible defect;
  2. by post to the address Q-CONCEPT d.o.o. Bohinjska 1, 10 000 Zagreb.

Q-CONCEPT will respond to the received complaint as soon as possible, and no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, provided that immediately upon receipt of the complaint, it will confirm to the Buyer that it has received the complaint.

Complaint due to hidden defects in the product

When, upon receipt of the product by the Customer, it is shown that the product has a defect that could not be detected by normal inspection when taking over the product (hidden defect), the Buyer is obliged to notify Q-CONCEPT without delay.

Upon expiration of the legal deadline for filing a complaint due to hidden defects in the product, counting from the day of taking over the product, the Buyer loses the right to file a complaint due to a hidden defect, except in the case of a product for which the manufacturer has issued a warranty (guarantee). The buyer has the rights according to the conditions from the warranty card.

Along with the complaint, the buyer must enclose an invoice for the purchase for the goods.
Q-CONCEPT will only accept the Customer's complaint for a hidden defect if it is a factory defect or product anomaly that could not be identified during the takeover. Q-CONCEPT does not accept the complaint if it stands out due to colour of product, because each factory batch can oscillate more gently in due to the nature of the production process.

Q-CONCEPT's responsibility for the costs of electronic communications

The services provided by Q-CONCEPT as part of the online shopping service on the www.shop.qconcept.hr website do not include the costs incurred by site visitors using computer equipment and services for accessing the website.

Q-CONCEPT is not responsible for the costs of electronic communications traffic, Internet traffic or any other costs that may occur and is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to the interruption of the Internet connection when using the online shopping service. If any error occurs during the purchase process, the Buyer can contact Q-CONCEPT by e-mail address info@qconcept.hr, to eliminate it as soon as possible.
