How can I order items through a web shop?

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you want to order by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Your selection will be stored in a shopping cart. If you want to continue your further search, click on the "continue buying" button. If you believe that you have finished buying and want to order the selected items, click on the "Go to cart" button.

You can change your selection at any time until you place your order.

If the items in your shopping cart are exactly the ones you want to order, click on the "Estimate shipping" button to select courier delivery, and find out what is the approximate time at which your order will reach you, or to choose the option of your own pick-up of the ordered goods.

After selecting the delivery (GLS) or pickup option, click on the "Apply" button.

2. Purchase

Below is the printed amount of the order and click on the "Checkout" button.

Please indicate if the delivery address is the one you want to receive your order at. If this is the address, click on the "Ship to this address" button. If you want to send the order to another address, fill in the information in the form below. You do not have to worry, your data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Any other use or disclosure to third parties is not possible.

By clicking on the "Next" button, if you have filled in the shipping data to another address, you proceed to the next step in the ordering process.

If delivery is to a basic address, click on "Ship to this address".

In case you have changed your mind, in this step you have the option to redefine the delivery or self-pickup option. Select the option you want and click Next.

3. Completing the purchase and billing process

After the steps described above, you have reached an area called "Payment Information". Since Q-CONCEPT SHOP currently carries out its trading activity exclusively with legal entities (companies, crafts, etc.), you will receive an offer on your e-mail with all the necessary information for payment.

Before that, make sure that all the data is correct and carefully read the general terms and conditions. You can continue with the order only if you agree to the terms (select the box). By pressing the "Confirm" button, you send us your order, which becomes a legally binding offer.

The offer you received on your e-mail is a document by which you can make a payment to our business account. Once the payment is visible in our account, we send the ordered goods by delivery or prepare the goods for pickup, depending on what you have chosen in the ordering process.

The invoice will be sent to your e-mail after payment.

If you want to order items in direct communication with us because you additionally need advice or suggestion, you may not be sure about choosing the printing technique with which you want to print your logo on one of the products, please contact us by e-mail info@qconcept.hr.

Immediately upon receipt of your enquiry, we will contact you.

After we together define your order, we will send you an offer to e-mail and if you agree with the order, you should make a payment to our business account (all payment information is on the quote document).

Immediately upon receipt of payment and depending on the time needed to print a logo on your items (if your order also implies printing), we will prepare the ordered items for delivery or your own pickup.
