Delivery deadlines
The deadline for delivery of ordered products is usually 3 to 10 working days from the moment of receipt of funds to the company's account, with holidays and weekends not included.
The range of delivery days depends on whether the order involves additional printing on the products. In the case when the order does not include additional printing, but only products without printing, the delivery time is usually 3-7 working days from the moment when Q-Concept d.o.o. receive a giro account payment or credit card authorization is approved. When the order involves personalization, ie printing on the ordered products, the delivery time is usually between 7-10 working days from the moment when Q-Concept d.o.o. receive confirmation, Customer's approval for visual printing and payment on giro account or credit card authorization is approved.
Exceptions are islands and places that do not support daily delivery or fall under settlements limited by the weight of the shipment, and where delivery is possible according to the delivery schedule. Settlements with limited shipment weight can be found here.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free of charge for orders whose total amount, excluding VAT, exceeds the amount of 500,00 EUR.
For the total amount of the order without VAT, which is lower than 500,00 EUR the delivery price is calculated according to a lump sum of 5,60 EUR without VAT / 1 package and is valid for the whole of Croatia.
The price of delivery to the Member States of the European Union for the total amount of the order excluding VAT, which is lower than 500,00 EUR is calculated according to the table for each country individually. See the table here.
Delivery to the above Member States of the European Union is free of charge for orders whose total amount, excluding VAT, exceeds the amount of 500,00 EUR.
Delivery method
Products from your order are delivered by GLS Croatia.
Delivery is made only on working days, and the Buyer (recipient) will be notified by e-mail about the following: that the package in domestic distribution will be delivered the next working day, delivery address and any amount of cash on delivery. The second e-mail or SMS will be received in the morning on the day of delivery, with a 3-hour time interval of expected delivery time.
After a failed delivery attempt, the Buyer (recipient) receives a notification and can choose one of 5 options for the next delivery attempt: delivery to a new address, delivery at another time, personal collection at GLS depot, deduction of shipment, consent to leave the package at the agreed place , and delivery to Paketomat / PaketSHOP.
In case of need for additional information, Customers have the opportunity to contact Customer Service +385 1 2042 672 and request information about the package according to the package number.
